The part was beginning as the blanking

2.Bending process for high speed centrifuge machine by the press break bending machine 

The press brake machine is a powerhouse in the metal fabrication industry, providing an efficient and successful method to bend sheet metal into different forms
To form the metal part into the shape we need ,the first part was by the bending press and the bending die

 

Stainless Steel :Provides great strength and resistance to corrosion, but its greater spring back the ability to revert to its original shape after bending means that it must be handled carefully. 

 

3.Progressive die metal stamping workshop for centrifuge machine part.

Centrifuge machine need the bracket for the motor and metal stamping part for the housing and electric connect part,The progressive die stamping can give out the huge volume and low cost for the Centrifuge machine spare metal part.
