The part was beginning as the blanking

2.Bending process for Lab High-Accurate Pipettor by the press break bending machine 

The press brake machine is a powerhouse in the metal fabrication industry, providing an efficient and successful method to bend sheet metal into different forms
To form the metal part into the shape we need ,the first part was by the bending press and the bending die

 

Stainless Steel :Provides great strength and resistance to corrosion, but its greater spring back the ability to revert to its original shape after bending means that it must be handled carefully.

While working in a lab you need to measure and transfer different volumes of liquids.  New New Super Health Technical is manufacturing micropipettes in four different ranges of volume:

• 0.5 µl - 10 µl
• 10 µl - 100 µl

Adjustable Volume:

Like a typical micropipette, micropipettes manufactured by Super Health Technical have a volume adjustment feature.  You can adjust the micropipette to measure any volume of the liquid within the micropipette measuring range. For volume adjustment, you just need to rotate the volume adjustment knob in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction to adjust and set the desired volume. Adjusted volume is shown on the volume display when you rotate the volume adjustment knob numbers also change on volume display telling you the volume of liquid that is going to be measured at that specific point.

High quality:

The material used to manufacture New New Super Health Technical micropipettes are of high quality. Plunger and the tip ejector are made up of polyamide material commonly known as Nylon. The body of micropipette is made up of high-quality polypropylene material, an additional polymer of propylene which is a high-temperature resistant polymer.
