• If your waste samples contain non-volatile or semi-volatile substances or metals, use this Hazardous Waste Filtration System for saparation, extratction, and filtration. Developed in collaboration with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the system is designed specifically for the US EPA Extraction Procedure (EP) Toxicity Test and Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP). The device separates solid and liquid phases of waste samples for analysis.

  Designed to handle any combination of two-liter borosilicate glass, and plastic bottles, in addition to Analytical Testing Corp's Zero Headspace Extractors (ZHE). Custom bottle collars are also available to accommodate any bottles of lower volume (see accessories here).
  
  Construction
  Constructed from high-strength solid aluminum alloy, the precision-machined rotary bar and frame are perfectly balanced for quiet operation and maximum durability. Our DC20B is powered by a 110V/60Hz Bodine 1/4 HP, fixed-speed gear-motor. Bodine motors are internally lubricated, maintenance-free, rated for continuous duty operation and made in the USA.  We also manufactures a series of variable speed (1-40 RPM) rotary agitators, giving laboratories the option to perform TCLP, or other studies that may require a slower or faster rotation (click here for more information).
  
  Performance and Safety
  The oversized single stage gear motor allows for free rotation and does not require reset brakes or jog switches. Samples may be vented or pH adjusted without removing bottles from the agitator.

The press brake machine is a powerhouse in the metal fabrication industry, providing an efficient and successful method to bend sheet metal into different forms
To form the metal part into the shape we need ,the first part was by the bending press and the bending die

 

Stainless Steel :Provides great strength and resistance to corrosion, but its greater spring back the ability to revert to its original shape after bending means that it must be handled carefully.
